Levi, the technician from ALMCO Plumbing, did a fantastic job inspecting all five apartment buildings. He was very professional and took the time to explain each step of the inspection process and what he would be looking for. After the inspection, Levi gave us a clear overview of his findings. The final report was very thorough and included detailed notes, photos, and videos, which made it easy for our team to understand the condition of the plumbing systems and any items that needed attention. Showing up to a customer's home smelling strongly of weed is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I paid for a professional service, not to have my home stink like marijuana. Requested free estimate for a slow running rainwater driveway drain to the curb about 50 feet that sometimes backs up in a heavy storm. Needed to know my options. Ryan came out from Almco and spent enough time, assessing my problem, whether it's roots or leaves or poor drainage angle (lowest point in the middle).  Probably a combination of all three. He gave me an estimate for a power jetting to clear roots and debris, and that didn't work. It would have to be dug up to fix the angle of drain drainage in the pipe. I felt he was sincerely, considering my needs and possible solutions, not trying to jack me up or sell me unneeded services. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional.  I felt like I could trust him. While this may be an expensive project I felt like he would be giving me a fair price and really appreciated the time and knowledge he shared with me. Hired these guys to do the main sewer line. I received many verbal guarantees from Vlad that the cost of the project was all inclusive and included everything right up to the city connection. However, they could not complete up to the city connection because of a branch connection from another house in the alleyway before the city line. I also noticed that they did not line another branch connection at my property location. They said the contract did not cover it. They said they could do it but it would cost up to 60% more than the agreed upon amount. They pointed to areas in the contract that got them off the hook. I did eventually get the city to complete the project. If you do work with these guys do not go on their verbal guarantees make sure you read the entire contract for escape clauses. Of course all I heard was that we guarantee to line your line sewer line up to city connection no qualifiers or exclusionary escape clauses were verbally mentioned before work started, I learned my lesson about trusting contractors. We had sewage backing up into our 65 year old house. The sewage line was original cast iron pipes that were collapsing. Levi came out with a great attitude and a no pressure approach.  After dealing with 3 different plumbers in the recent past, Levi brought out his equipment and did a more thorough search then any of the other plumbers. He was knowledgeable, showed me the issues, cleared the existing clog, did a camera check, and provided a clear and concise quote to fix our problem.  He did not charge us for anything (camera scoping or unclogging drain line). The quote was reasonable (according to ChatGTP) and we scheduled the work. He seemed like an honest and reasonable person you could feel comfortable working with. Vlad and his team have been amazing to work with! I've scheduled them at least five times for my home plumbing needs and for my clients. Every single time it felt as we were in good hands.
